Preparing Your Manuscript

1. Please use the JA paper template to submit your research Article. The article, including all references, should not exceed 5000 words.
2. Follow all the template directions for formatting, word count, figures, tables, and references.
3. Be sure to provide all requested information, including disclosure of funding sources and ethics committee approval.
4. Ensure correct spelling of authors’ names and their affiliations for the article metadata. Affiliation information must include the department name, institution, city, state, and country. Do not include street addresses and postal codes. Author and affiliation information for all authors must be included in the metadata.
5. Papers will be returned to authors who fail to use the appropriate template or use improper referencing. Authors will have an opportunity to correct their manuscripts.

Submitting Your Manuscript

1. Submissions of all manuscripts with the author(s) name, affiliations, and contact email(s) should be in MS Word and PDF format. The file size of the manuscript should preferably be within 20 MB. Please exclude all author credentials, acknowledgments, and funding information for the PDF format.
2. All correspondences, including the submission of manuscripts, must be made at journalarch.buet@gmail.com.
